Building a brand, from concept to creation
PLANIT provided brand identity development and signage design for a multi-building residential property situated on the site of a former industrial manufacturing complex. Leveraging the industrial flair, we developed a classic brand that was carried throughout leasing office graphics, public spaces and interior and on-building signage.
In addition to a wide range of apartment configurations, the property includes retail, commercial office and dining spaces.
