DONA is a digital leasing assistant that is always on. The app empowers guests to better understand a leasing company’s community before talking with an agent. Guests are able to interact with DONA while they wait for a representative to become available. PLANIT was involved in creating DONA's brand identity, along with designing and managing the DONA website.
