Development of luxury automotive campus
Midwestern Auto Group (MAG) is a 24.75-acre luxury automotive campus located in nearby Dublin, OH. PLANIT has been actively involved in the development of this site over the past 8 years. The scope of our involvement has ranged from small infill projects such as the patio area outside the Rolls Royce dealership to assisting the architect with developing the site plan for the Volvo, Audi, and BMW dealerships.
PLANIT was also responsible for designing the site landscape and irrigation system and assisted with rezoning and building permit approvals. Currently, we are engaged in the redevelopment of the north portion of the campus which will be home to Jaguar andLand Rover dealerships.
